You don’t need to install any heavy software to write code of an HTML file.  Because you can write your HTML code in the Notepad. By the way, many types of applications exist to edit the HTML page, but you have to practice in Notepad first.

Here are the steps to save and open an HTML file

Step 1: Open the Notepad

Step 2: Write the HTML Code

Step 3: Now, Save the file by any name just put (.html) on the last.

Step 4: then open the saved file by any browser you use like Chrome, Firefox, etc.
